Performs business analysis for ServiceNow implementations, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting solution validation and user adoption in Agile delivery.
What you'll do
- Gather and document requirements; create user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Analyze current and future processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate requirements with developers into solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing, Agile ceremonies, solution demonstrations, traceability, and change management.
