Develop and configure customized ServiceNow applications for federal clients, from requirements analysis through testing, deployment, documentation, and troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Configure ServiceNow components and build customized applications, including integrations, reports, and data migrations.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes in a cross-functional Agile team.
- Conduct unit testing, resolve defects and errors, and support deployment and documentation.
