Supports Agile Teams delivering technology projects by coaching agile practices, facilitating team planning and improvement, and monitoring delivery and contract metrics.
What you'll do
- Facilitate agile events, team agreements, planning, and backlog refinement; coach teams on story definition, prioritization, and estimation.
- Help teams surface and resolve risks and impediments, make work and delivery status visible, and foster continuous improvement.
- Work with project leadership and engineering teams on delivery metrics and opportunities to automate and improve testing, building, integration, and deployment.
