What you'll do
- Configure Nuvolo and ServiceNow applications; manage change requests and maintain CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, the ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules.
- Maintain configuration plans, change processes, integrations, documentation, and integration traceability; support Agile/DevOps workflows and release management.
- Provide technical expertise in reviews and customer-facing sessions, collaborating with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams.
