What you'll do
- Lead process analysis, discovery, requirements definition, and future-state design for ServiceNow implementations.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and technical specifications; support backlog prioritization and UAT.
- Validate solutions, advise on process optimization, and mentor analysts while promoting analysis standards.
