Performs business analysis for ServiceNow implementations, translating stakeholder needs into requirements and supporting process improvement, solution validation, testing, and user adoption.
What you'll do
- Gather and document requirements; develop Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Analyze current and future processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate with developers to validate and implement solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing, Agile ceremonies, requirements traceability, demonstrations, and change-management activities.
