About the job
Conduct onsite software installations and lab support, including system and network configuration, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and project reporting.
What you'll do
- Install and verify project software at customer sites and in the local lab; perform system and network configurations and data migrations.
- Troubleshoot networking, application, and system-access problems; support site surveys and quality-control strategies.
- Draft installation documentation and provide weekly project and customer status updates.
