Creates and maintains technical, user, operational, and security documentation for complex systems, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to keep materials accurate and current.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, required deliverables, and security-related documents for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to verify content and use GitLab and configuration-tracking materials to support documentation updates and version control.
- Identify missing or unclear information and ensure documentation meets DoW and project standards.
