What you'll do
- Lead knowledge capture and transfer of information and processes from the incumbent team.
- Facilitate incoming-team onboarding and help staff understand project requirements and operations.
- Analyze challenges, identify gaps and modernization opportunities, and apply project, change, and transition management to guide improvements.
