What you'll do
- Manage subcontractor time-entry and access issues, resource assignment setup, and follow-ups on missing time and approvals.
- Set up, maintain, and monitor purchase orders, requisitions, change requests, approval status, end dates, and funding levels.
- Review and submit vendor invoices for payment, track approvals and status, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
