Helps customers adopt Actively’s AI agent product through onboarding, enablement, workflow configuration, product troubleshooting, and customer feedback for Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and hands-on training, helping users incorporate Actively into their sales workflows.
- Test and optimize agents, prompts, templates, and workflows; investigate unexpected behavior and escalate deeper product issues.
- Identify recurring customer friction and use cases, share insights with Product and Engineering, and create reusable guides and playbooks.
