What you'll do
- Design and operate ingestion and transformation pipelines for CRM, transcript, and external data, making information usable by agents in real time.
- Build real-time and mini-batch systems that handle customer-specific data variation while maintaining freshness, accuracy, and reliability.
- Own data quality and reliability practices, including observability, lineage, schema management, and alerting.
