What you'll do
- Design search and retrieval infrastructure across customer data sources, including indexing, querying, ranking, and filtering.
- Build enrichment, entity extraction, reranking, and shared retrieval interfaces for agent teams.
- Own retrieval quality and architecture, including freshness, evaluation, and regression detection.
