About the job
Leads implementation and ongoing transformation programs for AcuityMD’s largest strategic customers, coordinating customer and internal teams to support adoption, integrations, and successful use of AI-powered workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage complex customer implementation programs, including platform setup, configuration, testing, scope, schedule, and transition to Customer Success.
- Work with customers to develop transformation plans for adopting, scaling, and governing AI-powered workflows; coordinate integrations with customer systems.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Engineering to resolve customer issues, support expansion, and improve implementation playbooks.
