About the job
Own day-to-day revenue accounting and close, applying ASC 606 across subscription, usage-based, and professional services contracts while supporting audit readiness and scalable processes.
What you'll do
- Apply ASC 606 to contracts, prepare revenue entries and reconciliations, and support month- and quarter-end close.
- Review contract terms and advise Sales and Deal Desk on revenue treatment; maintain data flow between HubSpot and Rillet.
- Support ASC 340-40 accounting, audit readiness, controls, and process improvements.
What they ask for
- Hands-on ASC 606 experience with multi-element and usage-based contracts, including SSP analysis and contract modifications.
- Experience owning a revenue close, including deferred revenue roll-forwards and reconciliations.
- Comfort with cloud ERP and billing systems and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Clear communication with Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- CPA or CPA-eligible.
- B2B SaaS experience, ideally MedTech or another regulated vertical.
