What you'll do
- Lead discovery, technical scoping, evaluations, and proofs of concept with prospective customers.
- Build custom and reusable demos across chat, email, and voice; provide technical answers for RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Hand off technical scopes to Professional Services and share recurring product gaps with Product and Engineering.
