Product Manager

What you'll do

• Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from customer discovery and roadmap definition through launch and iteration.
• Define construction accounting capabilities and shape how AI agents fit into the broader platform.
• Partner with design and engineering to set reliability standards and build frameworks for evaluating and improving agent performance.

What they ask for

• Prior experience working in accounting at a construction company, with firsthand knowledge of construction accounting workflows.
• Familiarity with the mid-market and enterprise construction ERP landscape.
• Experience building or launching AI-native or workflow automation products; ability to reason about model behavior, edge cases, and tradeoffs.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work through tactical decisions with engineers.

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager with a history of delivering complex technical products.

Pay

$200K – $250K USD base salary
