Design and implement Addepar’s platform for new clients, supporting client onboarding, troubleshooting, and project delivery through an 18-month Client Services program.
What you'll do
- Identify and resolve client questions, data issues, and calculation discrepancies; provide product instruction.
- Design client solutions and execute implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project delivery and client relationships, communicate project status, and identify process improvements.
