Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Query, process, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to produce accurate insights and recurring metrics.
• Build and maintain analyses, indices, reports, dashboards, and downstream data products; partner with engineering on data requirements and pipelines.
• Explain findings through clear narratives and visualizations, and conduct ad-hoc analyses as priorities shift.

What they ask for

• A degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years in an analytical, data science, or research role turning data into insight.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for answering business questions.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable large-scale data platform, and proficiency using AI and agentic tools for analytical work.

Nice to have

• Background in economics, econometrics, forecasting, or time-series analysis; experience with Adobe Analytics, Experience Cloud, or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, D3, survey data and methodology, R, or other scripting languages.

Pay

$109,000 - $200,700 annually USD (base salary); $138,600 - $200,700 USD (base salary, California)
