- Manage outside counsel and legal vendor programs, including performance, billing, fee structures, and cost efficiency; oversee budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial controls.
- Build operational metrics, dashboards, reporting, and executive insights to support data-driven decisions and long-term planning.
- Lead and develop the team, set priorities and operating rhythms, and drive innovation and transformation initiatives.
