Senior Product Manager, Chief Accounting Office

What you'll do

• Manage the product lifecycle and roadmap for S/4HANA Finance modules, integrations, and platform improvements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from requirements and agile execution through production deployment.
• Deliver AI capabilities for finance workflows and establish responsible AI guardrails and performance feedback loops.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in enterprise finance IT, including at least 7 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance implementations.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered features within ERP or finance platforms.
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FICA, RAR, Treasury, and Asset Accounting.
• Product management or IT delivery leadership experience; knowledge of GAAP, IFRS 15, ASC 606, and subscription business financial models.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Build, or SAP Extension Suite.
• Familiarity with RAG and agentic AI frameworks, AI governance, or an AI/ML toolchain such as Azure OpenAI Service, Google’s Vertex AI platform, AWS SageMaker, or SAP AI Core.

Pay

$111,700 - $215,750 annually (base salary); $149,000 - $215,750 (base salary)
