About the job

Design and operate production machine learning and generative AI systems that detect and investigate security threats across Adobe’s large-scale data.

What you'll do

  • Architect end-to-end ML systems and own their lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Build LLM and agentic AI capabilities for security investigation, including retrieval-augmented generation, and develop evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data, platform, and security engineers; mentor engineers and help guide technical direction.

What they ask for

  • Production ML systems experience, from experimentation through sustained operation at scale.
  • Strong model-training background with PyTorch and transformers, including behavioral modeling and anomaly detection.
  • Experience with distributed compute such as Spark, cloud platforms such as AWS, and MLOps tools such as MLflow; strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience building with LLMs or generative AI and evaluating production behavior; strong software engineering practices.

Nice to have

  • ML experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or similar adversarial problems; experience with vector databases, RAG, or multi-agent systems.
  • Publications, patents, or open-source contributions to ML or AI.

Pay

$172,500 - $306,625 annually (base salary); $211,800 - $306,625 (base salary)
