What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements for payment, data, and financial services products.
- Advise commercial stakeholders on legal risks, contract interpretation, and early-stage customer disputes.
- Create negotiation playbooks, train commercial colleagues, and advance legal automation to improve contracting efficiency.
