- Advise business stakeholders on commercial legal, regulatory, and risk matters; support new products from concept to launch.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain contract templates and negotiation resources, manage early-stage disputes, and drive legal automation and process improvements.
