Lead a newly established engineering team building and scaling Adyen’s issuing and banking products, owning technical strategy, roadmap, delivery, and team development.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the technical roadmap for Adyen’s issuing program and issued card products.
- Build, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing engineering team while setting technical standards.
- Partner with product, commercial, operations, engineering, clients, and external providers to deliver product improvements.
