Leads Adyen’s Americas Customer Due Diligence function, setting regional strategy and overseeing onboarding and ongoing reviews while developing teams and scalable processes.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a CDD team across São Paulo, San Francisco, and Chicago, including five people managers; recruit and track team performance.
- Define and execute regional CDD strategy, aligning global policies with regional regulatory and commercial needs and serving as a senior escalation point.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, pursue automation, and deliver risk-aware onboarding and review experiences.
