Own and improve Adyen’s global legal technology and enablement strategy, using systems, automation, analytics, and AI to scale legal service delivery.
What you'll do
- Administer and integrate legal platforms, and build self-service knowledge portals and automated workflows.
- Evaluate and deploy AI tools, lead adoption and training, and develop KPI dashboards for legal operations.
- Partner with legal, technology, business, and vendor stakeholders on implementations, governance, security, and continuous improvement.
