Advises Adyen’s Americas partnerships, product, risk, and compliance teams and structures and negotiates legal agreements for financial and technology infrastructure partnerships supporting payments and financial products.
What you'll do
- Structure, draft, and negotiate strategic partnership agreements across North America and Latin America.
- Advise on partner agreements, regulatory and ecosystem interdependencies, and related risks and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally and develop resources such as form agreements, position guides, and implementation briefs to support deals and products.

- 6+ years experience as a practicing lawyer across in-house and law firm roles, including significant work with financial institutions or technology companies on transactions.
- Working dexterity with financial services partnership transactions.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with ability to identify and communicate practical, risk-based solutions.
- Excellent English-language communication skills.
Nice to have

Pay
$160,000 - $230,000 USD base salary (Chicago); $210,000 - 300,000 USD base salary (New York and San Francisco)
