Senior Partner Solution Engineer - Hardware

What you'll do

• Lead OEM technical escalations and set priorities, processes, tooling, and automation for the relationship.
• Align Product, Engineering, Hardware Integrity/Reliability, and Commercial teams on partner priorities and improvements to the payment experience.
• Mentor Partner Solutions Engineers and help develop the operating model for Hardware Partner Engineering.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in a technical solutions role, partner engineering, or related field, including proven customer-facing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on embedded, firmware, or systems engineering experience with meaningful hardware, embedded, or device-level exposure.
• Ability to assess OEM root-cause claims, hold senior engineering counterparts accountable, and improve processes, tooling, or automation.
• Excellent communication skills; willingness to travel to OEM locations and work across time zones.

Nice to have

• Embedded Android experience in a point-of-sale context.
