- Research technical users, define problem spaces, and shape product strategy and user journeys.
- Design developer experiences across API documentation, sandboxes, SDKs, webhooks, dashboards, and AI-assisted integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics; deliver design specifications and measure adoption and integration velocity.
