Leads Adyen’s tech recruiting team and develops and executes global talent acquisition strategy for Tech and Product.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and develop recruiters; partner with senior Tech and Product leaders on talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead recruiting projects involving data, process improvement, DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Use people data to identify trends and recommend improvements while supporting inclusive hiring and hiring quality.
