About the job

Owns and extends simulation tools and cloud-based scenario testing to validate AeroVect’s autonomous ground-handling systems and support release decisions.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain simulation capabilities, including integration with the autonomy stack, vehicle and actor models, and environmental scenarios.
  • Develop cloud scenario execution, evaluation, and failure-triage tools; improve determinism, reproducibility, and test quality.
  • Extend scenario-authoring tools and simulation coverage, and maintain pipeline performance.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Strong Python and experience writing maintainable code in a shared codebase.
  • Hands-on autonomous-systems simulation experience, with working knowledge of simulation, modelling, and validation methodology.
  • Docker and Linux, distributed-systems fundamentals, GPU-based simulation environments, and CI/CD or cloud execution experience integrating automated end-to-end tests.

Nice to have

  • Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Experience with safety-critical autonomous systems, ROS/ROS2, cloud-scale simulation, sensor modelling, or simulation validation and test-signal quality.
