What you'll do
- Develop enterprise and multi-year recruiting strategies in partnership with workforce planning and senior leadership.
- Lead recruiting teams and the full talent acquisition function, including operations, sourcing, employer brand, technology, and candidate experience.
- Oversee compliance frameworks, recruiting analytics, technology vendors, and continuous improvement initiatives.
