About the job
Coordinates proposal development and production, ensuring materials meet RFP requirements and are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
What you'll do
- Coordinate proposal development with proposal managers, SMEs, and technical writers; organize reviews and meetings.
- Create and maintain compliance matrices, outlines, templates, proposal logs, trackers, and records; edit and proofread proposal content.
- Support proposal production and packaging, and ensure proposals meet requirements and deadlines.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
