What you'll do
- Work with customers and stakeholders to gather, refine, confirm, and prioritize requirements, and relay them to developers and testers.
- Track issues and requirement changes in JIRA, prepare release notes, and keep the IT Project Manager informed of impacts to scope, schedule, or cost.
- Support testing and new-customer work, including clear test plans, occasional ad-hoc testing, requirements meetings, and cost-estimation discussions.
