What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, including oversight of their Control Account Manager responsibilities.
- Plan and manage engineering scope, schedules, risks, resources, and deliverables; support proposals and program scheduling.
- Oversee cost control, variance analysis, forecasting, earned value compliance, design reviews, and corrective actions.
