Leads Affirm’s Resilience Engineering team in building platforms and practices for safely testing production systems under load and failure conditions.
What you'll do
- Set resilience engineering strategy and lead engineers building safe production experimentation tools.
- Design platforms and safeguards for production load testing, fault injection, observability, and automated rollback.
- Partner across engineering and infrastructure teams to run experiments and improve reliability and fault tolerance.

- Hands-on experience with production load testing, chaos engineering, or large-scale system validation.
