What you'll do
- Own program strategy, roadmaps, delivery, and performance against KPIs, timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
- Develop operational resources, knowledge systems, and training for human and AI agents; measure adoption and effectiveness.
- Drive transformation and change management with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and global teams.
