What you'll do
- Set servicing strategy and lead programs, roadmaps, and execution against KPIs, timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
- Develop training, operational resources, and knowledge systems for human and AI agents; measure their effectiveness and adoption.
- Drive operational transformation and readiness, partnering across functions and vendors and using data and change management to improve outcomes.
