Creates and improves customer payment experiences at Affirm, making repayment easier while improving payment success and processing payments safely and cost-effectively.
What you'll do
- Use customer research and data to identify payment problems and develop new repayment experiences from discovery through launch.
- Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost; balance payment performance and risk.
- Set and communicate a high-impact roadmap, aligning cross-functional partners and senior leaders on opportunities and sequencing.
