What you'll do
- Own vendor performance and executive governance, including service levels, compliance, QA, scorecards, and escalations.
- Use data and analysis to diagnose performance, shape metrics, and support operational decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and change programs, including product rollouts, vendor migrations, and regulatory implementations.
