Leads performance, strategy, and transformation across Affirm’s global BPO vendor network to improve customer experience, compliance, and operational outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own vendor performance and executive governance, including service levels, compliance, QA, QBRs, and escalations.
- Use analysis and scenario modeling to identify performance gaps, define metrics, and prioritize interventions.
- Lead cross-functional programs and structured change initiatives, such as product rollouts, vendor migrations, and regulatory implementations.
