Leads technical strategy and delivery for backend ledger systems that provide accurate, reliable financial reporting and support Affirm’s accounting and capital markets operations.
What you'll do
- Set team technical strategy and lead critical projects, working with product, design, and analytics on technical risks and trade-offs.
- Own operational reliability, including monitoring, on-call processes, playbooks, testing, and alerting; establish quality standards through code reviews and design guidance.
- Develop team talent and advocate for technical solutions and processes across teams.
