- Set team technical strategy and lead critical projects in collaboration with product, design, and analytics.
- Own mobile operations and availability, including monitoring, on-call processes, playbooks, testing, and alerting.
- Establish quality and design standards, build team capability, and promote adopted technical solutions across teams.
