Own cross-functional special projects and build operational capabilities that support AfterQuery’s growth, working with the CEO and Operations team.
What you'll do
- Lead special projects from kickoff through delivery, including analysis, recommendations, operating cadences, and business metrics.
- Build and document operational capabilities across billing, revenue operations, business development, recruiting, finance, and administration.
- Identify inefficiencies, evaluate tradeoffs, and coordinate implementation across teams.
