Build and scale expert-acquisition operations and systems to grow AfterQuery’s expert network for frontier AI training.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize automated expert-sourcing pipelines and recruit professionals through LinkedIn and similar platforms.
- Lead data acquisition purchasing, expand conference and university partnerships, and support marketing and brand awareness.
- Partner with Engineering on product design optimization and run growth experiments and operational systems.
