Research Fellow

What you'll do

• Define and execute a research project; formulate questions, design experiments, and analyze results.
• Develop needed datasets, methods, evaluations, or benchmark assets, and document the work for reproducibility.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams and co-author a paper toward publication.

• Strong technical communication and scientific writing skills, with a record of research or publication and ability to deliver rigorous, reproducible results.
• Passion for advancing frontier AI and some understanding of model evaluation.
• Availability to work full time in San Francisco for 12–16 weeks.

• Publications at leading conferences or in peer-reviewed journals; PhD, MD, JD, equivalent advanced degree, or late-stage PhD candidate.
• Deep expertise in a specialized field such as medicine, finance, law, or STEM.

Pay
