Designs and builds shared platform infrastructure for AfterQuery’s data generation, evaluation, and agentic systems, supporting high-throughput AI development workflows.
What you'll do
- Architect and develop infrastructure for data generation, human-in-the-loop systems, and evaluation pipelines.
- Build scalable, reliable systems and reusable infrastructure and APIs for engineers and researchers.
- Establish architecture and operational standards across pipelines, compute, orchestration, storage, observability, and reliability.
What they ask for
- Strong experience building production distributed systems or platform infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js / Next.js) or similar backend technologies.
- Experience designing and operating systems in cloud environments (GCP or AWS) and with message queues and event-driven systems.

Pay
$250K – $350K USD base salary; $0 – $100K USD bonus
