What you'll do
- Manage client projects and expert teams across healthcare, medicine, and biopharma.
- Design dataset specifications for training and evaluating AI systems.
- Own projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution through delivery, and support other operational initiatives.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical research, health technology, a top-tier biopharma company, or another highly selective healthcare / medicine environment; an MD is a plus.
- Background in medicine, clinical practice, biomedical research, healthcare operations, or another relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, systems, clinical workflows, medical research, or the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and ability to execute with minimal direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

- Proficiency in Python and experience coding, scripting, analyzing healthcare data, conducting clinical research, or using AI tools to automate workflows and build products.
- Experience with Claude Code.
