What you'll do
- Develop the overarching product story, persona-specific value propositions, and modular pitches by SKU and brand type.
- Create and update decks, one-pagers, battlecards, templates, guidance, and onboarding playbooks within a week of launch briefs and product, pricing, or packaging changes.
- Respond to weekly Sales and CS collateral requests and incorporate win/loss language into battlecards and customer-facing launch copy.
